Only defect or product issues requested will need prior authorization and be handled on a case by case basis.
Refund/Replacement: All returns can take up to 7-10 business days to fully process. Once a return has been made and received you will receive an email confirmation and a refund back to your original payment method will be issued which can take anywhere form 24-72 hours to fully process.
Return To Sender/Undeliverable: We urge our customers to make sure the shipping address entered is put to date and a deliverable address. All return-to-sender, due to address mistakes, and non-deliverables will incur a 10% restocking fee and a non refundable shipping cost.
